Universe of Violence - Coming soon and character bios!

The sculptors at Ironhaus have been very busy behind the scenes creating all kinds of monstrosities for your shelves, and your pockets! We're going to be doing weekly updates leading up to the release of the next wave of Universe of Violence figures.

Ironhaus Summer News Dump

Ironhaus Jimmy here, with a little bit of a news update...

So, what a year 2017 has been so far, eh?
Lots of new figures, a new playset, new cats (check out the Poopnyans at my Instagram page), and there's still more cool shit coming from Ironhaus this year. However, after this release of Bird Wizard's Altar, I'm going to take a step back until September. There's news coming up from Ironhaus Pro's Metal Monkey, but I won't completely steal his thunder... But there may be some new figures coming out this Summer from a line that sounds like "You Oh Vee". I'll let Metal Monkey give you all of the details on that, though, haha

Finally, in the interest of the "Summer Break" and the Bird Wizard's Altar release, I will also be putting the rest of what's up at the Ironhaus Pro store ( on sale... So get your Oni, Black Market bags, Hell Crabs, etc on the cheap while you can. At the end of July, the sale is over, and my store will be in Chill Mode until I land in September. I am excited about Metal Monkey's release this Summer, as well as being able to finally show you what I've got in the works for this Fall.

I want to wrap up by saying a big "Thank You!" to all of you that have stuck with Ironhaus all of this time. It really does mean a lot to me.

Bird Wizard's Altar Release!

So, it's that time!
July 10th, Ironhaus Pro proudly presents to you, the Bird Wizard's Altar playset! The Altar measures 2.25" long, 1.5" wide and 1.35" tall, and is brown with an antique wash. It comes with four figures, including all-new micro Bird Wizard and Right Arm Cat figures(both 0.75"), as well as a Ground Eye Gorewad figure and the Meatbox (.5").  The set will come bagged, with a custom header for this release, and will retail for $40 (US).

These will be available at the Ironhaus Pro store (click this link!) on July 10th, but this run is limited to 10 sets, so get them while you can!

Here's some more pics of them, or you can always swing by the Ironhaus Pro Instagram (this link), to see what in the blue dolphin shit Jimmy is up to.

The Blog Isn't Dead!

Hey folks, Jimmy here.
As the title indicates, though neglected, the blog isn't dead. Those who follow the the Ironhaus Instagram know that I've stayed pretty busy trying to churn out lots of fun mini figures, but I've admittedly done a shorty job of keeping up with the blog.

For now, I'm going to leave some pics of what we've been up to lately. We're also looking into cataloging the Ironhaus figures, please feel free to leave any comments or suggestions on how you'd like to see that below.

Ironhaus Pro: Still going strong

Draznar reporting in. Long time no see!

Rest assured: the Ironhaus workhorse is still chugging along. Plenty of fun things in the pipeline for all the fans! (If you've been spending time on Little Rubber Guys or Jimmy's Instagram, you'll know what I'm talking about.)

Since I'm no artisan sculptor like the other guys, I've been focusing a lot of my efforts on brushing up on my photography skills. Taking tips from the pros, and just spending time doing it. (Who would have thought that practise works?)

Here's a few snapshots of my latent photography abilities. With more to come in the future, of course!

Up close and personal

Artsy fartsy stuff

I'm having a blast with this! Feel free to check me out on Instagram, (@fortheloveofplastic), if you want to keep yourself up to date with everything I'm doing. I guarantee I'll have a healthy dose of Ironhaus on a regular basis.

Update, Summer 2016

Jimmy, here...

So, let me start off by saying, "No, I didn't die."

I did get rid of almost all of my social media, though. It's a crazy, crazy world, and I guess social media got to a point where it was mostly just a drag. You can still find me on Instagram, though (ironhaus_jimmy, for those of you that are so inclined). Juz, Draz and myself are all still pushing forward with Ironhaus Toys, but we've been somewhat quiet as of late only because we've been in preparation.

2016/2017 promises to be pretty exciting. The next wave of DOOM Gotter figures with me and Luke from Imperfecz Toys are dropping soon, and you might keep your eyes on the Instagram for a contest involving that whole thing. I'll be giving away a free, one-of-a-kind translucent red Bunyip with 10 red buildings. Details for that contest are upcoming in th first week of August, so stay tuned there.

Also, while there is some stuff in the works that I can't really talk about, I CAN tell you that there's a lot of new Gorewad stuff on the horizon, including some games. Can't get REAL deep into that at the moment, but it's going to be fun. Big thanks to Draz for helping me iron out some of the details on th gameplay side of things. Oh, and let's not forget about the Cat Shit Squad, right? Gorewads are going to start popping off, as soon as I can get a chance to hunker down and do some production. I have about 50 new pieces sculpted, just waiting to be unleashed. There is also a gob of new FOI figures that I just need the time to cast.

Finally, there are new UoV figures on their way Down Unda'. I'll let Metalmonkey drop the particulars on that whole deal, but do check out the Ironhaus OZ Instagram for a new contest he started this week. You can win yourself a lot of cool UoV swag, for just a little bit of effort.

Oh, and check out Riduryu's "Life in Plastic" toy reviews on Nerditis. They are a lot of fun, and he takes neat pictures.

I'll be back next week, with some fun pictures of my own.
